Matteo Pescio holds a BSc in Biomedical Engineering and an MSc in Bioengineering from the University of Genoa (IT).
He was an intern at the RaM Lab at the University of Twente (NL), where he developed a simulation environment for robot-assisted endovascular procedures. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Bioengineering and Medical-Surgical Sciences at the Polytechnic of Turin and the University of Turin (IT). His research focuses on robot learning and computer vision algorithms to enable autonomous task execution in surgical robotics. SEE MY ORCID PROFILE
