Graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 2014 at the University of Palermo, before embarking on the Specialization path, I dedicated a few months to medical support activity during SAR events in the Sicily channel as part of the FRONTEX mission.
A short work experience in Oxford followed and in 2015 I began my specialization course in General Surgery at the University of Turin, where I completed training in minimally invasive surgery and operative endoscopy. Since November 2020 I have been a specialist in General Surgery and I have started a Doctorate path in collaboration with the Polytechnic of Turin.
