Edoardo Gennaro was born in Italy in 2000. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino in 2022 and he is currently a Master thesis student in Biomedical Engineering at the same university, specializing in Biomedical Instrumentation.
He is conducting research at the MITIC Laboratory, Molinette Onlus Foundation, under the supervision of Prof. Kristen Mariko Meiburger and Prof. Alberto Arezzo. His research focuses on the application of Computer Vision and AI for surgical tool motion estimation in minimally invasive robotic surgery.
