Camilla Minghetti was born in 1998 in Vercelli (Italy). She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering in February 2023 from University of Genoa, with a thesis titled “Role of the Cerebellum in Temporal Prediction: A Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) Study."
She is currently a Master's student in Bioengineering at University of Genoa, specializing in Rehabilitation Engineering and Interaction Technologies. Camilla is a Master's thesis researcher at the Minimally Invasive Training and Innovation Center (MITIC), within the Department of Excellence in Surgical Sciences at the University of Torino, under the supervision of professor Alberto Arezzo. Her thesis research focuses on depth-sensing from stereo and monocular cameras in robot-assisted minimally invasive surgery, with a particular emphasis on endoscopic procedures.
