Andrea Borgno

Andrea Borgno was born in Turin, Italy, in 2000. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2022 and he is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Instrumentation at the Polytechnic University of Turin.

For his MSc thesis project, he is conducting research at the MITIC Laboratory, Fondazione Molinette Onlus in Turin, where he explores the application of Computer Vision in Minimally Invasive Robotic Surgery, focusing on Surgical Action Recognition.
